Cascade CD101: Automatic Start/Stop Controller; J1939 Ready (40700259)
Replaces ASM Series
The Cascade CD101 controller provides automatic start and stop control with easy configuration for a wide range of applications.
This auto-start controller is ideal for any engine driven application that requires a simple yet powerful automatic start and stop sequence. Pumps, compressors, grinders, power plants and generators are just some of the industrial applications for the CD101. Cascade
The CD101 controller is fully compatible with all major engine types. Whether you are running a standard engine or a J1939 engine, this controller will work with your application.
Here are some of the unique features of Cascade:
Durability: Encapsulated for protection against dust, water, dirt and features a compression gasket to fully seal it to NEMA4 and IP65 compliant panels.
Low Battery Cutout: Operates for at least 2 seconds with a complete power outage.
Compatibility: Accepts MPU, AC frequency, and ECU speed signals for use with standard and J1939 engines.
Inputs and Outputs: Cascade's inputs and outputs feature rugged protection and fault tolerance
Inputs: Dedicated digital inputs for low oil pressure, high engine temperature, remote start, DC charge fault/alternator fault. Two auxiliary inputs configurable for multiple functions.
Outputs: 7 - 4 auxiliary outputs, configurable (1A DC protected). 3 dedicated outputs for start, fuel/ECU, alternator excitation. J1939
Ready: Works directly with Murphy's J1939-ready PowerView meters. Plug and play - no transmitter required.
Power Input: 9 - 35 VDC continuous; operates for at least 2 seconds during a complete power outage.
Enclosure: UV resistant black polycarbonate and epoxy potted. Weatherproof and includes sealing gasket to prevent moisture and debris from entering the enclosure.
LEDs: Status Indication
Operator controls:Through Overlay Button switch
