Shipping Policy

 1. Processing Time

At TECHIE, we expect every order to be time-sensitive, so we use a combination of automated and manual workflows to process most orders within minutes of your placing an order. However, it should be noted that our official processing time for in-stock orders is 1-2 business days.

 

 2. Shipping Times and Methods

 We have partnered with major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package reaches its destination safely and securely. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including USPS, DHL, UPS, and EMS.

 Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination selected:

  •  Standard Shipping: in about 12-15 business days
  •  Expedited Shipping: within a week in most areas

TECHIE currently offers free Shipping on orders of $50 or more. If your order qualifies for free Shipping, we will ship it using standard ground service.

You can check to see if your order qualifies for any shipping promotions by adding the desired items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. We will display all shipping charges before you submit your order.

TECHIE reserves the right to adjust shipping carriers without notice to get your products to you faster and at the expected time. TECHIE reserves the right to downgrade the service to the next applicable service if we determine that the shipping method you selected at checkout does not apply to the item(s) to be shipped. Some items (depending on their final packaging) may need to meet the requirements of the selected carrier and, therefore, cannot be shipped. If we downgrade your delivery method, a team member will contact you at the email address you have provided and you will be entitled to a refund depending on the specific nature of the downgrade.

 

3. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our shipping rates do not include charges levied by the customs authorities of the recipient's country. Such import taxes, duties, and fees may apply and are levied after the shipment arrives in the recipient's country. The recipient must pay additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over them and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; if there are any questions about duties and taxes, please get in touch with your local customs office for more accurate information.

*Please be aware of this occurrence: when customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our initial delivery time.

 

4. Shipping Tracking

After the order is processed for shipment, you will receive a tracking code via email, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website. 5. Change of Delivery Address

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order. We cannot change the address after we send out the logistics.

 6. Undeliverable Orders

Currently, some of our logistics carriers cannot deliver to P.O.BOX, PARCEL LOCKER, PACKSTATION, and military addresses; if you have a relevant address in your address, please get in touch with us before placing an order! We will confirm the information with the logistics carrier.

 Please remember that international orders rejected by the consignee or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may incur duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees when returned.TECHIE reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, as well as return shipping costs and return-to-sender fees, from your refund (please refer to the Return/Replacement Issues section of the Refund Returns policy for more information).

We recommend that you receive the shipment and begin the return process using our standard return process. If you refuse to accept the shipment, it may be unexpectedly delayed, lost, or abandoned by the carrier. TECHIE will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by your refusal of a package for receipt.
