Returns and Refunds Policy
At TECHIE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy guidelines below.
1. Return Instructions
We offer a return/refund policy within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in unused and resalable condition, in its original packaging or equivalent, and contain all tags, instructions, and components.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return/Exchange Issues
If the reason for the return is: I don't need this item anymore, I ordered the wrong item, this item doesn't fit me, or this item arrived too late, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred for the item to be returned to our warehouse, including, but not limited to, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable), or costs incurred due to the return being damaged or lost.
If the reason for the return is: that this item is not as pictured on your website, my item arrived damaged, or the carrier lost my item, TECHIE will provide a free/partially shipped return/replacement of the merchandise or require the customer to destroy the merchandise on-site, depending on the circumstances (evidence of such destruction will be provided in a manner that complies with national regulations).
*If you believe that an item received from TECHIE is damaged, please get in touch with a member of our support team at support@techieautoparts.com within 24 hours of the arrival date.
Please take detailed photos and videos that accurately describe the condition in which you received the item.
Our customer service team will file a claim with the carrier, and carrier policy will issue a replacement! Please get in touch with TECHIE within the required time frame to ensure our ability to resolve such claims. (Replacement items are offered free of postage, or the customer is responsible for half of the postage cost of the replacement item on a case-by-case basis)
Please only discard packaging once you have spoken to a member of our support team! Do not install or attempt to install an item you believe to be damaged; installing any damaged item is tantamount to accepting the damaged item as is and will result in the shipping carrier denying your claim.
If the reason for the return is: poor quality or defective merchandise, TECHIE will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer to resolve the issue and provide free replacement service or refund the merchandise cost, depending on the circumstances. The customer must hold the merchandise throughout the support process until TECHIE proposes a solution.
*If you believe that the merchandise you received from TECHIE is not working or functioning properly, please get in touch with a member of our support team at support@techieautoparts.com within 3-5 business days of the delivery date. Our customer service representatives can resolve most technical issues via quick emails or phone calls.
3. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will email you to let you know whether the refund is approved or denied.
If your return request falls under the reasons that I no longer need this item, I ordered the wrong item, this item does not fit me, or this item arrived too late, your refund will be for the net product total.
For reasons other than those listed above, shipping refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the specifics of the issue.
- Approved refunds: will be processed within five business days, and the refunded amount will be automatically transferred to your original payment method.
- Non-refundable items: gift cards, clearance items, used items, items marked as a special order, used items without original or equivalent packaging
